I started in Salesforce in 2008 — back when "the cloud" was still a hard sell and most companies kept their data on servers in the basement. Since then, I've worked across software sales, professional services, and technical consulting. I've seen Salesforce grow from a simple CRM into the platform it is today. And I've helped companies in healthcare, financial services, telecom, pharma, and real estate make it work for them.
In 2015, I founded Funnelists to focus on what I do best: solving complex Salesforce problems and helping businesses get real ROI from their investment. Today, I hold 9 Salesforce certifications including Agentforce Specialist, plus certifications from Anthropic, Make, and across the Salesforce partner ecosystem. I'm one of the few Agentblazer Legends in the ecosystem — a recognition from Salesforce for deep expertise in AI agents.
But credentials are just proof of work. What matters is results. I've spent over 30 years learning what actually moves the needle for businesses — and it's not more dashboards or prettier reports. It's smarter systems that do the work for you.
That's what me and the team at Funnelists are focused on now: building AI agents that go into production and deliver measurable results — backed by the same governance and discipline we've applied to Salesforce for nearly two decades.

Our Story
Funnelists was founded in 2015 in Austin, Texas with a simple mission: help businesses get more from Salesforce.
For years, that meant implementations, integrations, customizations, and optimizations. We built orgs from scratch. We fixed orgs that were broken. We connected systems that didn't talk to each other.
We still do all of that. But something shifted.
When Salesforce launched Agentforce, we saw the future: autonomous AI agents that don't just report on data — they act on it. Agents that qualify leads, resolve support tickets, book meetings, and execute workflows without human intervention.
We went all in. We got certified. We built production agents. We learned what works and what doesn't. Now we're an AI-first Salesforce consultancy.
